When will my order ship?
Since we make our products especially for you when you place an order, it takes us a bit longer to ship it out. We usually expect items to ship within 2-5 business days. This allows us to make your order perfect, and give you the satisfaction you deserve. Once your order ships, you'll receive a notification along with a tracking number.
How do I know when my order will arrive?
You will receive a confirmation email once you place the order, during this time we are making it especially for you. After we finish perfecting it you will receive another email notifying you that your order has shipped and the tracking info will be attached.
Where can I ask a question about an online order?
If you have a question about an online order (return/exchange, change in address, order cancellation, receiving a wrong/defective item, etc.) Please use our contact page, or email us at orders@toolyuh.com. Make sure to include your order number in your email as our customer service team will likely need it.
How do I start a return/exchange?

Why is it taking so long to receive my order?
When you place an order, we immediately go right to making it for you. Because of this it takes a little bit longer for us to package it and ship it out to you. We do this so we can make the product perfect and just to your liking.
